The MCX-200 series is a 3D digital microscope that combines the high magnification capabilities of traditional microscopes with advanced digital image processing technology. Its main feature is the ability to provide high-resolution 3D images with an extended depth of field, allowing clear imaging of sample surfaces at different heights simultaneously.

Compared to traditional microscopes, the deep focus microscope stacks multiple images from different focal planes of the sample, merging them into a single image with an extended depth of field. This is particularly useful for observing complex-shaped samples or microstructures with varying heights. It is widely used in fields such as precision manufacturing, materials science, biology, and electronic component inspection, offering precise surface detail capture, 3D measurement, and structural analysis.

Use depth of field synthesis technology to construct three-dimensional graphics. The graphics can be dragged and rotated 360 degrees for viewing. The cutting line can be adjusted at any angle and position to generate a cross-section.
